When arriving at one of our Model Home and Design Studio locations, you will be greeted by a member of the Schumacher team. They can answer any immediate questions you have about building custom and the homebuilding process we’ve perfected over the last 30 years. Then, take a self-guided tour through the homes without our salespeople and take as much time as you’d like.  The best way to imagine living in a custom Schumacher home is to get inside one of our award-winning model homes for yourself.  See the highest levels of quality and design in a no-pressure environment.

Locked-In Price 

Once you sign your purchase agreement, we lock-in the price throughout the building process as long as you secure financing within 60 days. 

 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Walk through the model homes at your own pace seeing the quality of our construction for yourself and being able to visualize how some of our most popular house plans come to life
  • Explore the design studio, compare sizes and prices, and browse samples of a wide variety of flooring, cabinetry, hardware, and countertop materials available to customize your home with the hottest trends and designs on the market curated by some of the country's top designers
  • Identify your needs and wants in a home and the best house plan for your needs
  • Schedule a design and pricing meeting with a New Home Consultant to select the home plan that meets all of your needs, from square footage, layout, and exterior design to number of rooms, color schemes, and more. Your New Home Consultant will work within your price range to ensure that you create a custom home you love. They will also discuss the building process, from site planning to construction, so you’re aware of each of the steps involved and the timeline.
  • Our no-pressure process is easy, and we’ll provide everything to get you started and guide you along the way with no hidden costs or surprises

When exploring our design studios, you will have the opportunity to experience our building sciences area.
