The General Manager of each building division oversees every aspect of the homebuilding process and the entire team. They play a key role in the pre-construction meeting, making sure no detail has been left out, and that you are fully satisfied with the entire building process.

"I grew up in a small town north of Columbia SC called Blythewood. As I got older and in the building industry I have built many homes throughout the area. I work closely with my team to complete the entire building process, making the plan become a home with customizations and unique features."

The house plan experts, our New Home Consultants, will work with you to find the best house plan that fits your needs and wants, offering suggestions and changes, that will really help bring your design vision to life, all within your budget.

"Growing up nearby in the Midlands, Chapin specifically, it is unreal how much the area has grown. I can certainly see why, with lakes close by, and proximity to beach and mountains. We raised three kids here and were always involved in church, coaching Pop Warner and Little League, and going to dance recitals with our daughter. So I know firsthand why what I do everyday helping clients find the right home and plan for their family can enhance their lifestyle."

"I have a passion for children and animals. I get to help people with the biggest decision of their lives. I get to customize a home to fit the family that will be living in the home. We never build 2 homes the same. Each home is unique to the people that will be living in the home."

Our Sales Coordinators start your homebuilding process and are an incredible resource for our customers. They work hand-in-hand with our homeowners in making the creative choices for their new home, including exterior selections, fixtures, colors and finishes.

"We are located in Elgin, but as a Columbia area on your lot builder, we get to build all over! Neighborhoods and farmsteads and lake lots. My favorite part of my job is leading homeowners through the selections process. I love seeing their faces when they are finally able to see the colors and finishes or their home take shape. It’s a highly personal experience for them and I love being a part of that."
