Canton, Ohio (April 1, 2010) – Schumacher Homes, a leading on your lot custom home builder, is giving away a complete, green exterior product package with a value of up to $30,000 to one lucky homebuyer. The Great Green Giveaway contest launches April 1, 2010 and runs through the month of April. A winner will be announced on May 3, 2010. The winning homebuyer will receive a package with virtually every product needed to finish the exterior of a home, including energy efficient windows, siding, stone veneer and accessories.
The materials in the Great Green Giveaway are all supplied by building products manufacturer Ply Gem and are a part of The Designed Exterior by Ply Gem product offering. The windows, siding and stone veneer products included in the package are NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) Research Center Green Approved to help the winning home buyer reduce energy bills and minimize maintenance.
Paul Schumacher of Schumacher Homes won the package through a Ply Gem sponsored sweepstakes that took place during the 2010 International Builders’ Show. He is turning his company’s prize over to one Schumacher customer to help the winning family create a complete, sustainable exterior solution.
“Schumacher Homes’ mission is all about customization and working with buyers from start to finish to create a floorplan that suits their needs and their style,” said Paul Schumacher, founder of Schumacher Homes. “We look forward to passing our winnings to a customer to help them do just that, and to create the home of their dreams using attractive, energy efficient, low maintenance products.”
The contest is open to prospective homebuyers who sign on to build a home within one of Schumacher Homes’ 20 locations in Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia. To enter, consumers can meet with a New Home Consultant at a Schumacher Homes design center.
