Jim and Mary, who are retired, wanted to spend their mornings enjoying the sunshine and view their wooded lot. They wanted to be able to take
advantage of this opportunity year round. A 14’ x 16’ sunroom was the perfect addition to their home. This beautiful room, located directly off of the
great room, has abundant windows to let in the sun . It also has an outdoor entrance that will be perfect in the future when they add an outdoor
kitchen area to their patio.
