Tina and Joe wanted room for Tina’s parents to live with them while also maintaining privacy for both parties. We were able to customize their floor plan to include a private In-Law Suite. To give them both the privacy they desired, we moved the laundry room out to create a hallway between living spaces and created a separate entrance to the parents’ suite. In addition, the parents were provided with their own full bathroom including a bathtub and shower, as well as a large walk in closet. Customizing in this manner provided the security of having the In-Laws near that Tina and Joe wanted, while still maintaining the privacy of both families.
