Custom Bonus Room
The Morrises wanted space for their son while he attended college, but didn't want to incur the expense of having
to pay for off campus housing. Their solution - a bonus room above their garage. Because of the large dormer
design this bonus room provided natural daylight and made excellent use of available space without needing a bigger lot for
their home. There is plenty of space for their son to spread out and get his studies done or just relax and feel
like he's living in his own apartment away from Mom and Dad. The beauty of this room is that after their son is done
with college they can easily turn this space into a media room, exercise room, or whatever else fits their needs at the time.
