Community Service Programs: Community Champions

Are you a community champion? We all try to be community champions in our own unique fashion, be it by helping out our neighbors when they need a hand, participating in various community service programs, or by being energy and conservation conscious. Schumacher Homes strives to do our part for the communities in which we build with our Community Champions program. We hope it will become one of the most used community service programs for those who do so much for our country and our communities across the United States.

Who Are the Community Champions?

There are certain individuals who go above and beyond in their contribution to their communities. These individuals do not do what they do for money or for glory. They do it out of a sense of family and community, out of a genuine belief that we’re all in this together and we need to help each other any way we can. These are the military men and women that protect our freedoms abroad, and the law enforcement officers and fire fighters that keep us safe in our neighborhoods. These are the teachers that educate our children and the nurses that help us get well. These are the people that we, quite frankly, could not get along without, and who too often go unrecognized.
