Job Description:	New Home Sales career opportunity selling beautiful custom-built homes from our design center in Columbia, South Carolina. Under the direction of the General Manager and Sales Manager, this position coordinates all sales activities for individual homeowners from time of first contact, price quote, signing and through time of pre-construction meeting/loan closing. Consultants make planned sales presentations and personal tours of the Design Center, conduct price quotes and emphasize the features and benefits of Schumacher Homes. The right candidate will demonstrate computer aptitude and willingness to learn new software programs, have excellent follow-through and proven closing skills. Extensive training provided. This is a full-time position - salary plus commissions. Weekends are required with two days off during the week. Plus, we offer a GREAT benefits package!
