Schumacher Homes has developed an industry-leading, state-of-the-art price quote
program for pricing your new home. Working with one of our New Home Consultants,
you will start with a floor plan and customize it any way you like. At your No-Obligation
Price Quote, we will individually itemize more than 200 standard and optional features
so you know where every dollar is spent. You will receive a copy of the quote showing
all pricing, descriptions, and pictures of your selections. Once complete, you will
even have access at home to go in and select items such as plumbing, lighting, and
cabinetry for your home. All items will be explained in detail. From start to finish,
there will be no hidden costs and no unwelcome surprises. Your price quote even
shows you your monthly payments, putting you in control of your budget and lifestyle.
