Not only that, but our Design Department is ready to make any changes you need to your floor plan. That’s right. Any changes you need. Think about the flexibility! We’re the first custom homebuilder in the country to offer On Line Design™ where you can make all the changes your want, using Smart Board technology. The results will be emailed directly to our design department, which will draw the floor plans and return them in as little as 48 hours for review.
Where other builders take weeks or months to get your drawings back, we can start your floor plan changes live with our drawing team. You will actually see them draw your plans and ask for your feedback.
