Manages the building of assigned homes within time, cost, quality and satisfaction standards. Run Home Inspection meetings with homeowner, recruit trade partners, conducts homeowner orientation meetings.
Required Qualification: Technical construction knowledge, project and personnel management experience, strong communication and people skills. organizational aptitude, computer aptitude
Preferred Qualifications: 5 years new home construction experience, proven successful management and communication history
